Most of us follow the 'mental rules' set for us by society, our upbringing and our innocent insecurities. True wisdom is always fresh, adaptive and new, and has no care for the past or these 'rules'. True wisdom has nothing to do with the intellect. As wonderful as the intellect is, it is limited. But there is a limitless way to live, and tuning into it is not just life-giving but ruthlessly practical. We'll be looking in this direction together so you can uncover how spiritual wisdom can become your new guidance system.

You are not who you think you are, and you aren't your thoughts and emotions either. YOU can watch the content of your mind ebb and flow so this content can't be the full expression of YOU. So who and what are YOU? The answer to this question has been pondered in mystery schools throughout the ages, the answer often shrouded in esoteric concepts ideas and rituals. Together, we will blow the doors off the mystery so you can have a felt experience of the truth of your being. We will look beyond your self-concept to find YOU.
Falling in love with all aspects of the human experience
Many spiritual traditions fly the flag for transcending our humanness so we can hang out in a perpetual state of 'Hollywood happiness'. I call bullshit. Why? You're beautiful and you're fucked up (because you're human), which is all fine (and divine). You'll discover that everything is spiritual, even the tough stuff. It is in honouring, understanding and being relaxed about your emotions and conditioning that you free yourself from them. Freedom is not the absence of discomfort, but recognising who and what you are before and beyond it!

Coaching Call Information
When will the coaching calls be? How big is the group?
- Weekly live coaching calls will be at 17:00 UK / 12:00 ET / 09:00 PT each Wednesday (allow for 90 - 120 mins) *If this is different for the odd week there will always be advance notice
- The weekly True Identity Session will be Thursdays at 15:00 UK / 10:00 ET / 7:00 PT (allow for 10 - 40 mins)
- There will always be a call replay within 48 hours if I can (usually much before)!
- (Only for UK people) When the clocks change the times will be an hour earlier for 2 - 3 weeks
- There are 24 spots in total - remaining seats at the bottom of this page
I am new to this 'spirituality' stuff, does that matter?
- Not in the slightest. I have nothing to 'teach you', I will simply be pointing to what is already true for you!
- Whether you're dipping your toe in or a seasoned yogi, you'll find something powerful in the school.
Where is everything held?
It is on Mighty Networks and all under one roof. There is only one place to go for content, community and coaching (apart from the Zoom link for coaching).
I have tried a number of solutions and this is the best option as it's robust and built out. Plus some of you will be familiar with it!
What's the time commitment?
There are a few key things to absorb each week and completing the adventures (weekly content) is one of them. A lot of what we're exploring here will be new, fresh and potentially even disruptive to your current worldview so time to absorb and reflect is key. I would allow 90 mins a week for absorbing the adventures (this does not need to be in one sitting).
Both the calls and the True Identity sessions build on each other, so catching these is also key - replays of course are fine!
All in, to attend the 2 live elements and complete the weekly adventure (content), you will need around 3.5 hours a week.
Live Coaching Call - 90 to 120 mins
True Identity Session - 15 to 40 mins
Rebel Adventure - 60 to 90 mins
There are no tests or exams and this isn't a traditional 'school' so there is no 'behind' but this isn't just about attending a weekly coaching call!
If you make this the most important thing in your life for 20 weeks, you will get far more from it 
!
What's the refund policy?
The guarantee is that you get ALL of me! I won't be offering refunds / try before you buy / 30 days free etc. so all sales are final (unless you leave before we start the program).
There are a few reasons for this...
1. I want you ALL in - this is a rebellious adventure and being 100% committed is very powerful. I want to be able to support people throughout the whole journey!
2. I offer limited spots for these groups which only run 1-2 times a year
3. Complete transparency off the bat!
Do I need to be there live?
It's great if you can be, but all cool if you can't be! There will be a replay of all the sessions for those who can't attend calls live.
What's more, you are welcome to post your questions in the community and I will go live to respond to them when needed!
*Many rebels who haven't been able to make everything live have had profound shifts in their understanding!
**For some, not being able to make things live is a dealbreaker. I completely understand so trust your gut on this one.
***If you come live, I will encourage everyone to engage with cameras on as this is such a powerful way to connect
How long will I have access to stuff?
I never promise 'forever' as unforeseen things happen and it wouldn't be authentic, but this is my soul project, and I I will be exploring this understanding for decades to come!
As long as the site is up, you will have access to everything in the school 
. As the School content shifts, you will see it shift too.
What's more, you will have access to the wider Rebel Spirituality community so we can keep in touch no matter what! This currently includes Yoga sessions with my partner, Robyn.
What can I bring for coaching? Will we 'talk' about alcohol specifically?
Everything is welcome - anything that is real for you both 'positive' and 'negative'. Any 'sticking point', topic or question is perfect for exploration.
It's important you bring your real-world stuff to calls and share where you're at honestly. Otherwise, you will just innocently perpetuate the same cycles.
It's not uncommon that I have to remind groups to bring difficult or 'negative' life stuff to calls as there is often a feeling that 'spirituality' doesn't cover the difficult stuff. This simply isn't true - this is 'Rebel Spirituality' remember!
*This isn't directly an 'alcohol program' but it may come up from time to time. Reach out and let me know if you're not sure about the best place for you or if you're looking for a group which focuses specifically on alcohol, accountability etc. For more specific alcohol coaching, you may want to consider 'Live Present & Sober' which I also run with my pal Ellie - catch it here.

The payment plans are slightly more expensive than one-off payments to cover the cost of the monthly transaction and conversion fees at my end.

Confidentiality and Data Protection
- You agree that our methods, processes and strategies taught in this program are our sole and exclusive property. You agree not to duplicate, disseminate, distribute or otherwise disclose any materials provided to You in the course of this Program to third parties.
- You agree to maintain the confidentiality of the other program participants and their shared stories and experiences in the coaching and training sessions. This confidentiality includes keeping confidential any information that might serve to identify them to anyone who is not a registered participant of the Program.
- Whilst we make reasonable efforts to protect your confidentiality, We cannot and do not guarantee confidentiality for the participants of the Program.
- We adhere to GDPR regulations in handling personal data. Details of data use, storage, and protection are provided separately. Breaches will be handled according to legal requirements.
Media Release
By participating in this program, you consent to the recording of your image, voice, and any contributions during Zoom calls and sessions, which will used to provide call replays on the platform. Rebel Spirituality will always ask your permission to use a video or audio clip for use outside the scope of a call replay.
User Conduct and Obligations
- You agree to conduct yourself respectfully and professionally during all interactions within the Program.
- Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour is strictly prohibited.
Termination
You agree and accept that We may terminate your place on the program by providing You with written notice if we determine at our discretion that You are conducting yourself in a manner that is disparaging or disruptive to Us, the group or to another participant of the group, that infringes upon our intellectual property, or other rights, or that violates confidentiality provisions as outlined above.
Refund Policy
No refunds are given once the program has started. Be sure to let Us know if You no longer want to progress and be a part of the program before we start.
Cooling Off Period
By UK law You have 14 days from the day after your purchased is confirmed to cancel and receive a full refund. To cancel, please send us an email to hello@rebelspirituality.com. Refunds will be processed using your original payment method within 30 days of your cancellation request.
Advice Not Given
