This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Samuel Goldfinch (“Us” or “We”) and the Program (“Program”) participant (“You”).

You acknowledge and agree the following terms:

By making payment and checking the box here, You will become a member of the Program wherein We will provide You with everything listed on the offer page for the duration of the Program.

Nature of the Program

Our teaching and coaching services are provided solely for your own use. Please consider carefully what you can expect, and what is required from you, to participate fully:
- This is YOUR experience and you are responsible for the entirety of it. No-one can do this work for you - the commitment can only come from you.
- You will feel challenged and supported to let go of the things that are holding you back.
- Your openness and willingness to be uncomfortable is directly related to your propensity for growth and transformation.
- Your success and results are up to you. The more you put into this program and the community, the more you will get out of it.
- You are responsible to remain open and in dialogue with us, so that we can best guide and support you during the course of the program. There may be times where you feel unsettled in your life as things come up - this is something to celebrate and to share with us. THIS is the work that will liberate you.

Media Release Acknowledgment

By participating in this program, you consent to the recording of your image, voice, and any contributions during Zoom calls and sessions. You agree that Samuel Goldfinch (Rebel Spirituality) has the right to use these recordings for educational, promotional, or any other purposes in future programs without any compensation to you. Your participation serves as your voluntary agreement to this media release.

Confidentiality

You agree that our methods, processes and strategies taught in this program are our sole and exclusive property. You agree not to duplicate, disseminate, distribute or otherwise disclose any materials provided to You in the course of this Program to third parties.

You also agree to maintain the confidentiality of the other program participants and their shared stories and experiences in the coaching and training sessions. This confidentiality includes keeping confidential any information that might serve to identify them to anyone who is not a registered participant of the Program. Whilst we make reasonable efforts to protect your confidentiality, We cannot and do not guarantee confidentiality for the participants of the Program.

As a participant in this program, you may have access to proprietary content, including excerpts from upcoming books. You acknowledge that this content is confidential and agree not to copy, distribute, share, or disclose any part of it to any third party outside of the program. Your participation confirms your commitment to maintain the confidentiality of the provided materials.

Termination

You agree and accept that We may terminate your place on the program by providing You with written notice if we determine at our discretion that You are conducting yourself in a manner that is disparaging or disruptive to Us, the group or to another participant of the group, that infringes upon our intellectual property, or other rights, or that violates confidentiality provisions as outlined above.

Advice Not Given

You agree and accept that this program is not intended and does not provide You with any medical, psychological or health advice. You acknowledge that this program is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. You further acknowledge that You will seek the advice of a medical professional with any questions You may have regarding any medical condition or issue. You are responsible for any decisions You make relating to your health and wellness and all other matters during the course of this Program.

GDPR compliance

You agree and accept that we will be using your personal data entered here to deliver the product or service you are purchasing, and to communicate relevant information about delivery of the product or service to You.
